   I purchased a Ryobi RLT500 Edge Cutter from Game in Cape Town. I now need replacement cartridges for the cutting line and Game don’t keep them. I find it very annoying that one can buy the instrument, but Game does not keep the accessories
   Please advise where I can get spare cartridges.

   I have a 12V cordless drill with a horizontal slide-on battery (old model) The battery is dead (probably overloaded several times) and doesn’t hold power for longer than one or two days. Can I buy a new battery and at what cost? I already bought a new one with two batteries but I refuse to throw the old one away!

   I have a Ryobi planer thicknesser/model no AP13.It is a 2000 watt 318mm machine.I love it but I lost the drive belt.I finally ordered and received two drivebelts from a local agent in Potch.But now I battle to fit the belt to the pulleys.It seems too tight.Maybe I need to remove something to replace the belt.I would like to replace it myself, so when it happens in future, I know what to do.That is why i ordered a back-up belt too.Please advise me on how to go about replacing the belt.

   Good day – I am looking for a “POWER FILE KIT.” It was advertised by Makro as well as Builder Warehouse, but although in both cases they advertised the total kit [Power file, three strut arms, case, spare belts, etc], at the branches they only sell the Power file itself [Only the one strut arm] !! Where can I buy the Powewr file Kit with the carry case?? It this is not possible …. do you sell the “strut arms” separatly ?
